About Us

The town is currently seeing significant investment with large scale mixed use development of the Waterfront area, together with the redevelopment of the education quarter to accommodate the expansion of University Campus, Suffolk and Suffolk New College.

Other significant retail and office developments are also due to take place within the next few years. Outside Ipswich, a new Innovation Park is to be developed at Adastral Park, BT's Research and Development complex to the east of the town.
